About BelJay Art
BelJay Art is an independent Tasmanian art business offering original artwork, art prints and other products featuring original artwork created by the artist.
Product descriptions, sizes, materials and other relevant information are provided on individual product pages.
Products & Artwork
Every effort is made to represent products and artwork accurately.
Colours may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen due to differences in monitors, phones and other devices. There may also be minor variations between products due to printing, trimming, paper characteristics and the handmade nature of some items.
Unless specifically stated in the product description, frames, furniture, props and decorative items shown in photographs are for display purposes only and are not included with your purchase.
Prices
All prices displayed on the BelJay Art website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed from time to time without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through the website checkout.
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, you will be contacted and an appropriate refund will be provided.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are carefully packaged to help protect your purchase during transit.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or on the relevant shipping information page.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to postal services, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside the control of BelJay Art.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Returns & Change of Mind
BelJay Art accepts eligible returns within 14 days.
To request a return, please contact BelJay Art within 14 days of receiving your order.
For change-of-mind returns, products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping costs are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Please contact BelJay Art before returning an item so return instructions can be provided.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please contact BelJay Art as soon as reasonably possible.
You may be asked to provide photographs of the item and its packaging to help identify the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, a full refund or replacement will be offered where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact BelJay Art so the issue can be investigated.
Where tracking is included with your order, tracking information may be provided once your order has been dispatched.
BelJay Art will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed or missing parcels.
Cancellations
Please contact BelJay Art as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, cancellation may be possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it may need to be handled as a return.
Orders for personalised, customised or made-to-order products may not be able to be cancelled once work has commenced, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, written content, branding and other creative material displayed on this website are owned by BelJay Art and/or the artist and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork, art print or other physical product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
Artwork and images may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded for commercial purposes, distributed, modified, used to create other products, or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written permission.
The purchase of a physical artwork or product allows the purchaser to own, display, gift or resell that physical item. It does not grant permission to reproduce the artwork.
Website Images
Images displayed on this website are provided for viewing products and artwork available from BelJay Art.
They may not be copied, reproduced, published, used for commercial purposes or used to create products or reproductions without permission.
Personalised & Custom Products
Where personalised, commissioned or customised products are offered, customers are responsible for ensuring that information supplied for the order is accurate.
Personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has commenced.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, sales and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements or product exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
